LDS V408 is a 44lbf permanent magnet, electrodynamic shaker with a usable frequency range of 5 to 9000 Hz and when supplied as standard, provides a nominal peak sine rating of 98 N (22 lbf). The LDS V408 shakers are designed with an armature diameter of 38 mm (1.5 in) and incorporate a robust-yet-lightweight moving armature that provides adequate support for test loads. It can provide a maximum Acceleration Sine Peak of (50 gn) and pk-pk 0.55 in.
LDS V850 is an air-cooled, electrodynamic shaker built for vibration and mechanical shock tests of medium-sized payloads up to 350 kg (770 lb), such as automotive components and other types of electronic assemblies. It has maximum force ratings up to 22.2 kN (5000 lbf). It features top force and velocity parameters together with a usable vibration control frequency range from DC to 3 kHz. It can perform high-acceleration shock tests with a maximum acceleration sine peak of (60 g) and pk-pk of (50.8mm) and can also be used for testing with sine, random and transient vibrations. It is compatible with certain thermal chambers and can be integrated with other equipment for use in environmental tests. Thermal barriers can be added to protect the shaker when operating at high temperatures.
